MAKE SURE TO REGISTER TO CONTINUE RECEIVING E-MAILS Updated On: Oct 26, 2016 At the end of December 2014, we discontinued using the previous email system in which you were enrolled.  If you would like to continue receiving email from the WCT, and have not already done so, it is important that you register for the website include your email address as soon as possible.  While enrolling, you can also set yourself up to receive text messages from the WCT.  It only takes a few minutes.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALLOW 24-48 HOURS to be granted access.
